Artist Bio: Barbara Perrine Chu

Barbara Perrine Chu is an artist and textile designer living and working in Honolulu. She has loved to draw since she was a young girl growing up in a small beach town in Southern California.

Her work reflects her love of colour, line and patterns the beauty of nature that surrounds her. Art gives her the opportunity to connect with the things she loves, and allows her to uncover the stories that live within.

She Lives with her husband, daughter, and cat in a house with a view of the sea.
